Instructions

You'll be asked a series of questions to help us build and distribute your Prepaid Cards. After your first order, the order process will be abbreviated because your Account Profile will remember your order preferences (though you'll still have the opportunity to change your preferences with each order). 

If you need help or need more information to answer a particular question, click on  the   next to the question where available or visit our Frequently Asked Questions (click on "Frequently Asked Questions" menu item on the left). For Pricing information, click on "Incentive and Recognition Rewards" menu item on the left and then select "Pricing".
All questions marked with * are required.  As you complete the form other applicable questions and items will appear which may cause your screen to scroll to the top.  Scroll back to the bottom of the form and continue where you left off.   You must complete every item with a * in order to complete your order and for the Submit button to appear.  Your web browser must be Microsoft Internet Explorer version 5.5 or higher in order for this form to function properly.

Note: Replica Cards are sent to you before you receive the actual Visa® prepaid or prepaid MasterCard® Cards. Replica Cards are commonly used if you need to give out rewards on the spot and don't necessarily know the gift recipients' names yet or if you need to give out gifts before the actual Prepaid Cards can be built and mailed.   Replica Cards are not applicable with Instant Issue Gift Cards.

Denomination Graphics: If you select this option, all Prepaid Cards in your order must be of $25, $50, $75 and/or $100 denominations.  Denominations cannot be printed on Custom Designed Prepaid Cards, Prepaid Cards with your company logo, theme cards, or Instant Issue Prepaid Cards. 
 
Logos: Your logo can be inserted on the Prepaid Card.  Selecting this option requires a minimum of 4 weeks (typically 5 to 8 weeks), approval by the Association and additional charges apply.  If you select this option, you will be provided a list of logo color options (only single color printing is available)  For multiple colors you must choose the custom design option. 
 
Custom Designs: You can design your own Prepaid Card.  Selecting this option requires 8-10 weeks, approval by the Association and additional charges apply. 
 
 
Generic Embossing Permitted (Activation Required): If you do not want to issue replica cards and you do not know the recipients' names, this option allows you to create Gift Cards with generic embossing in place of recipients' names.  Recipients are required to register their Prepaid Cards on-line or over the phone before these cards are activated.
 
Reloadable Prepaid Cards: Reloadable Gift Cards are available for certain types of corporate programs.  If you are interested, please consult with your Account Manager to determine if this platform would be available for your program.

 

 

 

 

 

Card Carriers
Note: Each Prepaid Card is attached to a Card Carrier.  The Card Carrier is inserted into a windowed envelope or Special Package. The Card Carrier serves two purposes: (1) to present the Prepaid Card and (2) to provide instructions for using the Prepaid Card.  The header of the Card Carrier, the introduction, and the addressing displayed through the windowed envelope may be customized with your selections below. Note: Your custom carrier introduction message can be the default introduction, select "[Default Introduction]", or you may create a custom carrier introduction message, select "[Custom Introduction]", of your choice up to 325 characters, including spaces. You may also choose to leave it blank select "[LeaveBlank]". You can also use the below drop down to add key words that will be replaced with actual values when the carrier is printed. All messages will need to be approved before the order can be fulfilled.
