After your first order, the order process will be abbreviated because your Account Profile will remember your order preferences (though you'll still have the opportunity to change your preferences with each order). 

If you need help or need more information to answer a particular question, click on  the   next to the question where available or visit our Frequently Asked Questions (click on "Frequently Asked Questions" menu item on the left). For Pricing information, click on "Incentive and Recognition Rewards" menu item on the left and then select "Pricing".

Note: Replica Cards are sent to you before you receive the actual Visa® prepaid or prepaid MasterCard® Cards. Replica Cards are commonly used if you need to give out rewards on the spot and don't necessarily know the gift recipients' names yet or if you need to give out gifts before the actual Prepaid Cards can be built and mailed.   Replica Cards are not applicable with Instant Issue Gift Cards.
