| Cards will be sent via USPS mail and charged to the
purchaser at the standard postage rate for each card fulfilled. |

Cards will be sent via Federal Express. The purchaser will have their
choice of service (overnight, 2-day and express saver) and the rate will be
billed according to the Federal Express charges applicable for the specified
destination and overall weight of the shipment. All rates are disclosed
